The PSP Association's Governance is led by its Trustees in conjunction with the charity's Chief Executive.
The PSP Association was established in April 1994 as a company limited by guarantee at Companies House [Registered company number 2920581] and then as a registered charity with the Charity Commission of England and Wales [Registered charity number ].
Our registered office is PSP House, , Towcester We have also gained registration with the Office of the Scottish Charity Regulator. Our Registered Charity Number in Scotland is .
The PSP Association's Trustees meet twice a year and additionally hold an Annual General Meeting. There is also a Finance Sub-Committee which meets four times a year. A formal annual review of HR and Risk matters is also undertaken to ensure compliance with current legislation.
The Executive Staff meet monthly to discuss progress against objectives, after which an update is provided by the Chief Executive to the Chairman of Trustees.
