Congratulations on being awarded a research grant from The PSP Association. Once you have signed and returned your agreement form to us and confirmed your start date we require you to describe your research for us in lay friendly terms in our provided Lay Form. This is so that we can communicate the research we fund to the people who support us and make your grant possible.
Confirming your start date will automatically set up your payments, with payments being sent to your nominated finance officer upon receipt of invoice.
One year on, depending on the length of your grant, you will be required to submit an Annual Report (with original signatures of all grant holders) within two weeks of the anniversary of your grant. Failure to do so will result in the suspension of your grant.
If your grant is running for 12 months or less, or you have reached the end of your grant we require a signed Final Report within six weeks of the end of the grant. The final quarterly payment will be withheld until receipt of the final report.
Throughout the grant in addition to you providing annual and final reports we may ask you to contribute to some of our publications, notably, our magazine PSP Matters. Our publications play a vital role enabling us to share our work and its progress with our supporters.
It is very important to raise the profile of PSP and PSP research across the board. If you have an article or paper going to print, win an award, are written up in local or national press, interviewed for new programmes or have found some exciting results please do not wait for your annual report to contact us. Contact The PSP Association and we'll not only let our supporters know but our PR Department can help raise the profile of your research. Please download our researchers Guidelines for Public Relations.
If you have any problems regarding your grant, are changing Institution or want to put your grant on hold due to unforeseen circumstances, please let us know as soon as possible.
