Outdoor swimming events are becoming more and more popular and this one-mile race across Alton Water Reservoir, near Ipswich, will certainly not disappoint!
This is a brilliant challenge for swimmers of all abilities, as you can either swim competitively or simply take part for the very different experience of swimming the distance in open water.
