Starting with a swim in the open sea, the route then continues along a fast flat cycle course, and ends with a race along Marine Parade to the finish line. The South Coast Triathlon is also a perfect spectator course which is ideal for family and friends to watch the non-stop action in a fun and relaxed atmosphere!
