HealthUnlocked Goes live for PSP

We are delighted to introduce PSPHealthUnlocked, a new PSP Association resource.

This new site doesn't replace our existing services but expands what's available to you. Simply put, this site is an easy and personal way to gather and share information securely from others living with, working in or affected by PSP and CBD.

Join today and make your experience count at http://psp.healthunlocked.com/

To summarise what's available on the site:

The 'Community Blog' is for people like you to write an ‘open diary' on your thoughts and experiences of PSP. Be optimistic, be funny, be helpful or just vent, but be open and honest about life with the conditions and there'll probably be a lot of people nodding at their computer in agreement as they read your posts. You can also "comment" on other people's blogs to give advice or show your support.

The 'Hospitals' section allows you to search for hospitals in your local area and compare the services on offer to those with PSP. This will not only help you decide which local hospital is best for you, but will also help us to build a picture of support available around the country, giving us further information on which aspects of care need most improvement.

'Questions' allows you to call on the collective experience and wisdom of the community - perhaps how others experienced a particular treatment, or the best ways to deal with changes to your condition.

The "Polls" Section: As well as offering advice to others, PSP HealthUnlocked also enables us to conduct polls or surveys, which helps us make our campaigns more targeted, and gives us data with which to approach Health Commissioners on the care offered by those with PSP.

And finally there is a "Messages" section whereby you can contact members privately if there's information or a question you'd like to ask discreetly without it being made public.

HealthUnlocked is easy to use, completely free, and is a fully secure site that is available for anyone who wishes to read your experiences. Whilst your posts are public, your details are never shared with other members and you can remain as anonymous as you wish.

We hope that you will find the new site useful, interesting and rewarding, and if you have any questions or need help accessing HealthUnlocked please call us on or email
