Just Walk
Join us to "Just Walk" through the beautiful South Downs countryside as you raise money for PSP. Starting from Goodwood Racecourse near Chichester, you can choose from a quiet 10km stroll, a comfortable day hike of 20 or 40km, or the tough but exhilarating challenge of 60km!
For more information visit the Just Walk site and select your preferred distance. Once you have signed up then simply contact the on and we can send you a Pack complete with sponsor forms, running vest and lots of helpful hints and tips to help you make the most of your walk.
Just Bike - 2011
Choose from the distances of a laid back 30km, challenging 50km and the tough 100km in these fantastic cycle routes across the picturesque countryside of the Ridgeway and Wessex. All are circular and all start and finish at Coate Water Country Park near Swindon.
Bike Rides across Britain
Choose from a local cycle close to home and you will be pedalling your way towards a "World Free of PSP!" There are many different locations to explore on your bike, but if you can't find what you are looking for then simply call us and we will do our best to find something that suits!
Once you have signed up for an event then just on and we can send you a Pack along with all the necessary training guidance, kit recommendations and full event details!
