This summer three riders will cycle from the Eiffel Tower, Paris, to the Blackpool Tower in a bid to raise funds and awareness for PSP.
The challenge will take them over 450 miles across the French and English countryside, and will certainly be a fitness challenge to push them to the test!
Day 1 - Eiffel Tower to Evreux
An early breakfast awaits the group this morning as they aim to be headed out in the saddle for no later than 7am.
Cycling eastwards out of Paris towards the suburbs - it will a good 15 miles approximately until they are out of the built up areas and enjoying the fantastic cycling that France has to offer.
After lunch in the town of Mantes-La-Ville, our PSP riders will push in cycling towards Evreux - their first overnight stop.
Cycling distance = approx. 66 miles
Day 2 - Evreux to Caen
The riders push on with the challenge heading towards the port of Caen. This is where they will board the ferry over to Portsmouth. Lunch on Day 2 will be near the town of Lisieux.
Once in Portsmouth, they will cycle the short distance to the hotel to rest their weary legs!

Day 3 - Portsmouth to Oxford
Back in the saddle, they will push on with the challenge, heading towards the charming city of Oxford. It's not long before the group will be enjoying quiet country roads and beautiful English countryside.
Following a lunch stop east of Reading, the riders continue cycling North and finally reach Oxford - a long day in the saddle today, but it will be well worth it!
Cycling distance = approx. 90 miles
Day 4 - Oxford to Worcester
Now well and truly getting into the challenge, the group will be just over half way!
Again, following the beautiful country lanes and enjoying some stunning scenery, the riders will reach Worcester after 58 miles, which makes a nice short day after the hard efforts of Day 3.

Day 5 - Worcester to Chester
After an early breakfast the team will set off for another challenging 90-mile day heading towards the historic city of Chester, stopping for lunch in Shrewsbury.
